Founder

Alev Nil is an Interior Architect, Real Estate Agent, Designer and Singer, born and raised in Germany with deep oriental roots.

After earning her Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Interior Architecture, she founded Studio Alev Nil — a multidisciplinary studio where real estate, architecture, interiors and design come together.

Alongside architectural and interior projects, Alev specializes in the sale and marketing of selected properties, bringing an architectural eye and a strong sense for aesthetics, space and potential to real estate.

Her creative work extends from interior design, home staging and 3D visualization to product design and music. Whether transforming a space, recognizing the potential of a property or creating something entirely new, her approach is driven by intuition, creativity and an architect’s precision.
